The accommodation received mixed reviews, with some guests praising its ideal location for walking into town, efficient check-in, spacious rooms with nice terraces, and helpful staff. Guests appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the rooms and the large breakfast spread, although it was served in the basement. However, some found the rooms soulless and the beds too hard for their liking. One guest forgot their phone at the hotel and panicked when they realized it.
