        Very friendly
        Clean rooms, clean bedding every day.
        Good selection of food, but not always hot
        Excellent views of the bay if you have a sea facing view.
        Very good value for money

        The hotel was very clean\' the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location is very good for the beach - we didn\'t mind the steep hill back from sea - but older people may find it difficult to walk. There was a reasonable choice of food - much improved on last year, but it still could be warmer. Manager was very helpful finding a parking space for our high vehicle.
        We hope to return next year

        The hotel was chosen for its low relative price and turned out to be good value. The price allowed us to eat out if we were not satisfied with the hotel evening meal. But we were satisfied enought to eat in the hotel, although, while there was a reasonable choice from the buffet, the food was not hot . Staff were helpful and friendly. Views were excellent - worth the walk up the hill back from the beach. Recommended at the price.
