    My opinion about this hotel, 21 Sept -08.

    The room we got, 112, had damaged floor, due to an old waterdamage from the bathroom as we could see it. We complained and got another room. The second room, 114, had also an old waterdamage from the bathroom, through the wall in to the bedroom. The paint had gone off the wall and there was black mould on the wall and floor list!

    We complained again and got another room, 311, which was good.

    How the hell can a 5-star hotel offer rooms to customers that urgently need renovation??? They really need to go through the rooms in the entire hotel and fix what is faulty. And secondly change their attitude to be able to live up to their high ideals. The hotel wasn\'t even full when they offered us those rooms as first alternatives.
