6.6Not happy at allTiago - 9 Mar 2017
We (4 friends) have rented a suite and in my opinion, I've stayed in more hotels, 4 stars and others and wasnt look like a suite, was just a comun room with a sofa bed, So we changed for 2 rooms, was better.. Mickael, the recepcionist was 5* in all the days of accommodation. The only thing is after midnight, you must ring the bell for the bouncer come downstairs and open the door, that's annoying if you want to go in asap
2I was not happy about the service because we were transferred to a different hotel, not Elysee Hotel.Athena - 6 Oct 2014
Score would be 1 out of 10.I booked for Élysées Hotel but ended up in different hotel which is not at the center of Wenceslar Square.
I\'m not happy with the decision because we were it even given a proper explanation why, and we were not given any option,at all!
