My opinion about this hotel Palms Casino Resort
    - 24 Jun 2014

I booked to stay at the Palms after visiting the hotel frequently when I stayed across the road and prefered the hotel food and quality.

I was not disappointed by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms, they were modern tasteful and nice beds. The shower was good although one room lacked hot shower facilities it only got warm.

The most disappointing was the lack of frequent shuttles to the strip, they were every 30 mins but too full when they did run but most of the time they were unreliable. So I ended up spending $15 each way for a trip to the strip, costing arround $60 a day which I had not budgetted on and may have made me consider a strip based hotel instead.

I also was disappointed with the lack of choice of dining compared to many other hotels in the area, which took my business away from the casino.
