The hotel dynastic is a lovely clean spotless hotel just lacks atmosphere and the staff are very miserable and quite rude, they either hate their job of just hate English people! The hotel also let\'s itself down by little things like having to pay for water at meal times if you are not all inclusive also having to pay for wifi most hotels offer this to customers for choosing their hotel. It also advertises mini bar if you are all inclusive do not be mislead you have to pay extra for this!! False advertising! I have just come back from a week at this hotel 19/09/14-27/09/14 and didn\'t dislike thd hotel, it just let itself down in a few areas which is a shame as this is a lovely hotel otherwise.

The Hotel was good located and nice, the room was clean every day the same as the toilet, change the towels and it was big spaced. The service in the restaurant was also good, with various qualities of food, we had lots of choice here, I did enjoy myself here as my family also did. The personal entertainer was friendly, nice and always smiling and may be trying to make forget the worst of the HOTELNow the worst, the bad and the things that don\'t make me stay at this hotel again: When I made my reservation to this Hotel, I nmade because it was a 4* Hotel and also because all the things they offer, WIFI, Satellite TV, Fridge in the room, safe box etc. WiFi didn\'t work or didn\'t had, satellite channels only 4, fridge in the room didn\'t work, safe box, it was there, but had to pay 2 per day to use it, the soaps, shampos and shower gel was removed from the room at the 2º day, want more, Ill give you. Reception, the receptionist (day time), was there because someone must be there, when I was there to ask for something I already knew thw answer, was the same answer every time, sorry we still working on it, and the worst was when he saw me by the reception to ask something, came with bad humor all the time. First day when I find out that my room was on the 19th floor, since my wife has phobia to lifts and high places, I went to the reception and kindly ask if it was possible to change to a lower floor and if paid was needed, it wasn\'t a problem, the answer was NO, because was full house, after I insist and explain again my wife\'s problem (lift fobia and bronquite (asma), the answer was that only on 2 day but to the 10th floor, so it means that my wife still as to use the lift, I hadn\'t receive any good feedback from this receptionist guy, the day before my departure since I was gone made a long journey drive to Portugal, I kindly ask him if it was possible to put in a freezer some of this freezer plastic box that we use to travel, to keep water cold in the bags, his answer was a sorry but we don\'t have freezers here, on all the Hotel I had stay until this time, this was the first time I heard this answer, so it was me myself that had to go to the restaurant and ask to one of the waiter if she was kind enough to put that in the freezer until next day, which she did. But his answer was the same for everything, I stayed there for 4 days and really, I didn\'t get other answer from him than that one, sorry but its out of order, sorry that\'s nothing I can do, sorry this sorry that. The hotel receive many English costumers with kids, and because of this it was nice to have someone going around during the day time to clean the public areas, because with kids around after 11 AM, it was already in the lifts drop food, drinks and in some other areas, bad bad bad disgusting. When we go in the Hotel at the reception area and other areas we can find some Hotel rules, as not allowed to reserve the pool chair, well this happen everyday, at 8 am, most of the English guest begin the chairs reservation and then they was on the way to the restaurant and after to the room until 10 or 10,30 am, so if me and my family wanted a chair to stay at the pool we couldn\'t, because wasn\'t any, the same with the tables at night time to see the shows, it was 2 guest seated with 2 tables and 7 and 8 chairs reserved that I couldn\'t use because they was reserved, and one time I tried to ask for some chairs since noon was using it, and it was a big discussing that all the guest including the Bar personal saw, but noon cares, noon from the Bar came and try to stop this problem, and make the other guest understand that wasn\'t possible to reserve tables and chairs to others. The show was small and poor, but this is nothing to do with the entertain personal, this is what they can do, but they was nice themselves. The bar was close everyday early kind 12am, and one of the bar waiter (male), may be he was having a bad week, its seems that was a favor for him to be there, really bad service, it was really a favor for him to serve not only me but has I note all the other guest. In the room instead of the fridge never had work and noon been there to do something, the place where the fridge is located, is to bad because of the water when they unfrozen the fridge, the same as the toilet door from the inside, because of the water coming out from the shower and under the beds, the cleaning personal also must remember that under the beds this side of the floor also belong to the room. The lifts has no air circulation, for a guest going up to the 19th floor as myself, almost sufocate inside this lifts and its also a problem the waiting time for them, its only to lifts on that side of the hotel for so may be floors and guests, bad. I am really sorry for this, may be I\'m forgetting something maybe not, what I did paid I had expected a 4* service, instead I got a 2* service.
If the hotel have 4* because the restaurant service, food variety and location, yes that I accept, if not, please 2* is enough.
I expect to go back to Benidorm, the beach the weather and many other things I did enjoy, sure I will make my reservation from the Destinia.com web site, but sorry, ever again to this Dynastic Hotel it was a really bad experience, for me that I had been in many other hotels but especially to my family, the happiest day to my wife was the day she left the hotel, believe me. When I paid, I expect to get good service on all the Hotel facilities, but instead I only get from the restaurant side.
2 stars was good enough to this Hotel.
But as you may say, this is only my opinion, I\'m sure that will be better opinions then mine, but maybe will be some as mine also, for what I heard around the time I was there
Thank you for let me use this place to express my feeling about this hotel, I did wanted to write on the complain book from the hotel, if they had one, I didn\'t because my wife ask me to do not, other way the service was even worst, maybe she was right.
