Guests staying at any Jumeirah Beach Hotel room can enjoy free unlimited access to Wild Wadi Waterpark.

The variety and quality of the food at the buffet and complimentary restaurants are exceptional, with the Indian-themed buffet being a standout. The breakfast buffet is also superb, with a wide selection and friendly staff. Several staff members are mentioned for their outstanding service, including Raushan, a cocktail waiter who is described as funny, kind-hearted, and skilled in mixology. Nadia, an assistant manager in the buffet restaurant, is commended for her attentiveness and intelligence. Guests also appreciate the efforts of the lifeguard Sharif and the room cleaners Mahaoi and Mojammel. However, there were some issues during check-out regarding additional fees for certain restaurants, which required clarification and adjustment. Despite this, the overall experience is highly rated by guests.
