The hotel enjoys a unique location amongst the glens, lochs and mountains of the West Highlands of Scotland. The castle is located just 6.4 km from Fort William town centre on the A82 road from Glasgow to Inverness. Travelling from Glasgow International Airport, please drive north, following signs for the A82 to Fort William. Then continue through the town, and the castle is situated 4.8 km north of Fort William on the left-hand side. An alternative road from Edinburgh or Perth is the A9 via Dalwhinnie.
