Dangerous - hotel is an overbooking scam, personnel very rude
    Lukas - 31 Aug 2014

This hotel is getting its bookings on central location and cheap pricing but their policy is to overbook it and then send people somewhere completely elsewhere. (The guy at the reception actually openly said that we are not the only ones, that they do it to everybody...) So if you are not lucky enough and arrive later in the day to check in you will not have a place.

Additionally, the way the hotel handled this was something unbelievable. No apology, anything - and when we said we are not happy with the fact that they wanted to send us to a different part of town and to a completely different type of room, they have threatened they will call the police on us. The reception person was offensive, refused to contact the manager, refused to do anything - he actually literally said that we are guests in his house and we don\'t have right for anything, that he is doing us favours...

This was an extremely unpleasant experience - to come to a new town and find out that you don\'t have an accommodation and get rebuffed by rude personnel and sent back on the street in late evening with suitcases...
