The hotel is located only 80 km from San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. It is also located near to some of the most colourful, bustling beaches, national parks and picturesque towns of the country. The hotel borders Carara National Park, one of the largest protected areas in Costa Rica and home to one of the few remaining populations of Scarlet Macaws in the country, and the Tarcoles River is nearby, home of many crocodiles that can be easily seen from the river bridge. The hotel has 57 rooms that are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and set amidst a private reserve of 500 hectares of rainforest with a beautiful river that flows next to the complex. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar and dine in one of the two restaurants at this eco hotel. The rooms are surrounded by tropical rainforest and offer beautiful views of the garden. They are equipped with a terrace, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, hot water, closet, telephone and TV. All are also en suite with a double or king-size bed. Guests are invited to take a dip in the swimming pool.
